About the job
The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 200 residents.
We are looking for the Residential Home Sonne in Rehetobel immediately or by arrangement for a:
Specialist for Care and Support (60-100%)
Your tasks:
- Accompanying, promoting, and caring for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities according to the key worker system
- Creating written documentation
- Assisting with household tasks in the residential group
- Cooperating with relatives and professionals
Your profile:
- Completed training preferably in the field of care for people with disabilities, work pedagogy, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric nursing, or in the nursing sector
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness to work irregular hours
