The hotel is designed to welcome a high-end clientele for business and leisure markets and has 8 meeting rooms.

The share of our turnover allocated to catering is on average 45% of the total turnover.

Your mission:
- Prepare and plate dishes according to technical sheets and under the instructions of the manager
- Organize your workstation by applying instructions
- Adapt your work pace according to the flow, events, and customers
- Clean and tidy your workstation according to the manager's instructions
- Strictly follow technical sheets and manufacturing processes
- Avoid any waste of goods
- Participate in inventories
- Participate in receiving goods and store them by applying storage principles
- Contribute to the proper management of small equipment by avoiding breakage
- Apply procedures and policies defined by the brand and the hotel
