What you achieve
- You support our clients in everyday life – especially in household management as well as with simple caregiving tasks
- You communicate appreciatively and openly with clients and their relatives
- You assist in organizing the daily routine and promote independence
- You document your assignments and observations electronically on the business phone
What you bring
- Experience or knowledge in cleaning and household management, ideally in the health or social sector
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and a high degree of empathy
- Independent, reliable, and flexible working style
- Good German skills (spoken and written), understanding of Swiss German
- Driver's license category B and your own car
