The Assisted Living "Am Bächli" does not require the contact person to be present "around the clock."
If a resident wishes, the contact person assists in mediating an emergency call system.
Chargeable Services
For the use of chargeable services, a contract for short-term care tasks must be completed. A copy of the contract is sent to the social welfare office for billing. The assignments are recorded and billed at CHF 30.-/hour. The costs are fully borne by the residents. It should be noted that billing via health insurance is not possible.
In case of illness or accident, the contact person takes over short-term assignments with the residents after consultation and possibility. Such assignments are possible within the framework of assisted living. Usually, these are services that could also be provided by Spitex.
These include, for example:
Bathing or showering
Putting on and taking off stockings, etc.
Based on a doctor's order, services can also be performed on request such as:
Administering injections
Preparing weekly medication dispensers
Billable time expenditure
Bathing / Showering: actual effort
Injections / Preparing medication: at least 15 min. or actual effort
Putting on / taking off stockings: at least 15 min. or actual effort
