- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team for the construction of high voltage switchgear
- Ensuring efficient personnel deployment planning as well as coordination of subcontractors
- Monitoring and controlling projects regarding performance, costs, and deadlines
- Ensuring contract-compliant processing and complete project documentation
- Analysis of deviations and initiation of appropriate measures
- Further development of technical concepts for high voltage switchgear
Your Competence
- Commercial or technical university degree
- Experience in handling complex projects in mechanical and plant engineering
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel for work
