Your Tasks
- Responsibility for provider management (mainly in technical facility management) as well as compliance and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and quality standards
- Ensuring uninterrupted and trouble-free operations for operations (core business)
- SIBE fire protection
- Planning and execution of conversion and dismantling projects including handover to operations
- Optimization of operational processes and work equipment to increase efficiency and sustainability
- Coordination of energy and waste management in close cooperation with internal partners (OSHE, Zurich Airport AG)
- Management of access and locking systems (badges, keys) as well as ensuring object and personal security
- Control and supervision of external service providers, craftsmen, and suppliers
Your Profile
- Completed technical training or further education in facility management or building technology
- Several years of professional experience in technical and infrastructure facility management, ideally in the airport or industrial sector
- Strong sense of responsibility, organizational talent, and networked thinking
- Independent, resilient, and solution-oriented personality with a high level of service orientation
- Confident communication, assured demeanor, and enjoyment in working with internal and external partners
- Very good German skills, English skills at B1 level
- Willingness to perform on-call and standby duties (24/7 environment)
