Your tasks
- Advising patients and their relatives on social, financial, legal, (social) insurance-related issues and in the housing sector
- Taking on tasks as a contribution to the social integration of patients
- Mediating and coordinating assistance in cooperation with external agencies
- Documenting therapy progress in the clinical information system
- Participating in team, intervision, and supervision meetings, interprofessional reports, and interprofessional practical teaching
Your profile
- Existing training place at a university of applied sciences for social work
- As a team player and reliable personality, you value independence
- You are an organizational talent and have good Office user skills
- You are enthusiastic about the field of psychiatry and look forward to working with people in crisis situations
