Tasks

The role is responsible for the strategy, operation, and further development of the crew management system world. It connects regulatory requirements, system innovation, and business needs and acts as a central interface between IT, operations, and partners.

Further tasks:

• You have overall responsibility for the stability, compliance, and troubleshooting of all crew management systems
• Further development of the systems including requirements management, business cases, and project management
• You take care of quality assurance before go-lives, testing, interface coordination, and crew communication
• Analyses of costs, productivity, and feasibility for negotiations and decision-making bases
• You are the competence center and contact and advisory person for crews regarding bidding and requests

Requirements

We are looking for an analytically strong personality with IT affinity and high initiative who understands complex systems, thinks networked, and confidently handles diverse stakeholders and dynamic requirements.

Additionally:

• Education and/or several years of professional experience with IT reference, ideally in crew planning or an operational area within aviation
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and high willingness to learn complex systems
• Experience in project management, change management, digitization, and process design
• Very good communication, coordination, and prioritization skills as well as a high service orientation
• Very good German and English skills as well as excellent MS Office user skills
