What you will do here

Support in the preparation and execution of events as well as in reception
Maintain and keep address lists, attendance lists, and website data up to date
Translate website content into French
Coordinate appointments, prepare meetings, and take minutes
Support the office in daily business, especially in email correspondence and administrative tasks

What you ideally bring with you

Studies at a university (Matura) or completed commercial basic training (EFZ); professional experience in administration or event management is an advantage
Interest in digital transformation and political topics
Confident handling of digital tools and a strong willingness to learn new programs
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills
Resilience, quick comprehension, precise and reliable working style, as well as pronounced independence
