What you will do here
- Support in the preparation and execution of events as well as in reception
- Maintain and keep address lists, attendance lists, and website data up to date
- Translate website content into French
- Coordinate appointments, prepare meetings, and take minutes
- Support the office in daily business, especially in email correspondence and administrative tasks
What you ideally bring with you
- Studies at a university (Matura) or completed commercial basic training (EFZ); professional experience in administration or event management is an advantage
- Interest in digital transformation and political topics
- Confident handling of digital tools and a strong willingness to learn new programs
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills
- Resilience, quick comprehension, precise and reliable working style, as well as pronounced independence
