The Seehotel Waldstätterhof Brunnen includes 104 guest rooms, the restaurants Rôtisserie, Fronalp Lounge, the Boulevard Café, the lake terrace, and a hotel bar. Our extensive seminar and banquet area offers capacities from 10 to 300 people. A spa area completes the offer. We delight our guests with a high-quality standard and contemporary services.

Main tasks:

• Independent preparation and provision of all necessary ingredients for daily service.
• Support of the Chef de Partie in the preparation and plating of dishes.
• Independent preparation of simple dishes and components according to recipes and the house's quality standards.
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines as well as ensuring cleanliness and order at the workplace.
• Assistance in the control, proper storage, and care of food.
