About the job

The Nauengut retirement and nursing home is an establishment of the political municipality of Dürnten and is located in the Zurich Oberland. We offer around 50 people in need of care and assistance a safe, secure home with the aim of promoting their independence and ensuring professional, personalised care and support. Our house has three nursing departments as well as a public restaurant, which is also open to external guests and regularly used as an event venue.

We are looking for a responsible person from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement

Registered Nurse HF as Night Watch (40%)

Your area of responsibility:

• Professional and attentive management of the night watch across three nursing departments, together with a night watch assistant
• Support of residents during the night as well as carrying out necessary nursing, medical measures and medication administration
• Preparation of medication for the three nursing departments
• Care of the first residents in the early morning hours

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF or equivalent qualification
• Independent, confident and responsible working style during quiet night hours as well as during palliative or emergency care situations
• Warm, open and attentive personality
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
