- As a committed host personality, you offer a professional, warm, and personal guest service and create special experiences
- You coordinate the daily service processes and ensure smooth operations through proactive actions
- With expertise, you take care of guests, solve concerns professionally, and actively contribute to their satisfaction
- You accompany new employees and trainees, provide constructive feedback, and promote motivation as well as team development
- In close cooperation with management, you support the operational goals and ensure quality standards
- You ideally bring several years of experience in gastronomy/hotellerie; a completed training and initial leadership experience are a plus
- You enjoy working with international guests and have a sense for high service quality
- As a warm host personality, you appear confident, work organized, and remain flexible in a dynamic daily routine
