«Let's move forward together» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our nursing center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, and short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, we also have a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your Tasks
- Coordination of individual care and support for residents with moderate to severe care needs, including the design of the care process as a key person
- Ensuring smooth departmental organization and taking on daily and/or house responsibilities
- Implementation of nursing measures and proper documentation with electronic systems (CareCoach)
- As a RAI Coordinator / RAI Supervisor, you are responsible for the evaluation and optimization of care processes
- Supporting residents in their daily lives and promoting their social and community participation
- Participation in expert committees, projects, and the further development of nursing understanding
- Promoting interdisciplinary exchange to ensure optimal care
- Optional: Accompanying HF students as a vocational trainer
You Bring
- Completed training as a diploma nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification
- Interest in the further development of long-term care topics
- RAI knowledge or willingness to learn
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in a dynamic environment
- Commitment to actively furthering your professional knowledge
- Ideally, vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
- Team spirit, openness, and a high level of social and professional competence
