As the good soul of our office, you are a central hub in our daily routine. You support administrative processes, actively approach people, and pitch in wherever support is needed, whether it is assisting with meetings or organizational tasks.

ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK Administration and Human Resources 60-80% (m/f/d)
YOU WILL TAKE ON
- the representation of our company as well as customer service at reception and on the phone
- the administrative support of our architects, project managers, and construction managers in daily business
- versatile administrative and organizational tasks in everyday office life
- supporting our HR managers in personnel administration

WE WISH FOR
- a commercial qualification and several years of professional experience in the administrative field
- ideally further training as an HR assistant or willingness to complete it
