- Bilingual in Italian and English, available for weekend shifts.

- You always handle internal and external inquiries in a friendly and competent manner
- You record and maintain patient master data in the systems
- You record scheduled admissions and emergency admissions and coordinate them with the relevant departments
- You clarify concerns with health insurance companies and insurers
What you bring with you
- You have a commercial education with experience in healthcare or a degree as a medical practice assistant
- You have good MS Office skills, experience in SAP-R/3 is an advantage
- You bring Italian and English skills and are willing to work on weekends
- You are a reliable, open person and enjoy working with people
