TEAM LEADER (MAINTENANCE OR HORTICULTURE-LANDSCAPING) 100% (M/F)
Desired profile
With a first experience in team management, you are also comfortable with site supervision, reading plans, and writing site reports.
You hold a CFC in horticulture-landscaping, masonry, or equivalent training.
You are comfortable with French and able to communicate diplomatically with teams and all stakeholders on the site.
Your mission
- Execution of outdoor landscaping or maintenance work
- Participation in site supervision, including site meetings
- Management of teams on the site(s)
- Coordination with technicians
