VitaFutura AG is responsible on behalf of the municipality of Volketswil for the outpatient and inpatient care and support of people from Volketswil and the surrounding area. As a non-profit joint-stock company, we employ around 110 staff in the areas of Spitex, care apartments, care center, day care, and senior apartments. We also operate a restaurant for our residents and the public.

Your tasks
As a certified nursing specialist, you are responsible for professional and needs-oriented care and support of our clients in their homes. You bear responsibility for the care process on site and document it electronically. You promote efficient collaboration among all involved persons, coordinate services, and act with consideration for our clients. In addition, you value regular exchange, team development, and collaboration with other professionals.
Your profile
For this role, an open and likeable personality who enjoys working with initiative and enthusiasm is very important to us. You have a degree as a nursing specialist HF or an equivalent old-regulation qualification and flexible working hours are not an obstacle for you. High professional and social skills, organizational talent, and networked thinking characterize you; furthermore, you have good PC skills. You are proficient in German both spoken and written. Driving license and own car are advantageous; otherwise, new e-bikes are available.
