• In the coding department, you take on the professional and personnel management
• You continuously develop the coding processes and competently support the clinics in coding-related issues
• You take responsibility for cross-departmental tasks and projects
• You code inpatient cases from all specialist areas precisely and with quality awareness

• As a medical coder or with comparable qualifications, you bring several years of experience as a medical documentation assistant, medical documentalist, or coding specialist in a hospital environment
• Sound knowledge in medical controlling and handling relevant coding systems distinguishes you
• You have experience in leading teams or are willing to specifically develop yourself in this area
• You convince in everyday life through pronounced communication skills, high reliability and integrative ability, as well as a high degree of initiative and independence
