Your tasks
- You review benefit applications for premium reductions and record decisions.
- You take on control tasks for automatically billed benefit applications.
- You create assignment decisions to the health insurance companies.
- You decide on exemptions from compulsory insurance under KVG.
- You check the submitted benefit applications and carry out the billing.
- You pay recognition allowances for people who care for relatives.
- You provide information by phone, in writing, and in person.
Your skills
- You have completed commercial basic training (EFZ) and ideally already have some experience with health insurance companies and/or social insurances.
- You are characterized by a good grasp and a high IT affinity.
- You are an empathetic and respectful person who radiates openness and competence.
- You do not lose your composure in hectic situations.
- You are a team player and integrate quickly into a new team.
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form and good oral English skills.
