HR Assistant

The Loogarten Foundation operates the senior and nursing center in Esslingen and offers a home to around 100 people in need of care. With its 150 employees, including 20 apprentices, Loogarten is a specialized care institution for pronounced chronic and age-related impairments, for post-acute, peri-acute, and dementia-related conditions, as well as for people in palliative situations. The well-being of the residents is central to all areas.

As an HR Assistant, you are a central contact person in everyday HR and support our team in a versatile and committed way:

🗂️ Personnel Administration

• Responsibility for the entire administrative HR process from job posting to work certificates

👥 Active Applicant Management

• Management of the entire recruitment process including candidate communication

🎓 Contact Person & Coordination in the Field of Education

• Coordination of training and further education concerns as well as support of the corresponding interfaces

📱🎥 Social Media & Employer Branding

• Creative management of our social media channels – in front of and behind the camera

🤩 Organization & Coordination of HR Topics

• Support and coordination of diverse HR projects and administrative tasks

📚 Support of Commercial Apprentices

• Professional and personal guidance of our commercial apprentices in the HR area

• Commercial apprenticeship / further training as HR Assistant
• Solid experience in HR, education sector, and healthcare 🏥
