• Responsible for the leadership and development of the RAMSEIER Production System (RPS) at the company level
• Responsible for RPS process optimization, value stream work and implementation at the Sursee site
• Technical leadership of the process optimization employees at the external sites Hochdorf and Elm
• Disciplinary leadership of a trainee employee in Operations
• Management of value stream optimization projects, participation in various projects

• Completed studies in food technology, business administration, mechanical engineering, engineering or a comparable field
• Many years of practical experience in production companies, ideally in the food industry in a lean process optimization function
• Completed Six Sigma training at Black Belt level
• Strong analytical skills, deep process understanding and excellent cross-functional communication and coaching skills
