The Property Management department is responsible for properties not used by the cantonal administration itself.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of a demanding, heterogeneous real estate portfolio. This may include residential and commercial properties, historic buildings, and castles.
• Tenant support including tenant communication and correspondence in fluent German
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as external partners and service providers

Your profile:

• Completed training as a property manager with a federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience in property management, ideally with mixed portfolios
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Very good MS Office skills
• Experience with REM or Garaio REM is an advantage
• Customer-oriented personality with high social competence and negotiation skills
