The Hotel Eden Roc is located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore and belongs as a 5-star superior luxury hotel to the "Swiss Deluxe Hotels" and the "Leading Hotels of the World". As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," it has been awarded several times as the best holiday hotel in Switzerland. 🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
Experience in the same or a comparable position
German and English required, any additional language is an advantage
Strong service orientation, organizational talent
Friendly demeanor, politeness towards guests
Well-groomed appearance
📄 YOUR TASKS
Management of the FO area in the absence of the FOM
Handling all tasks arising at the front office
Ensuring a smooth process of the early and late shifts using checklists
Management of accounts receivable and dunning processes
Filing and posting of deposits and prepayments, reporting to the FOM and management
Processing the daily closing and correcting discrepancies
Management of the cash system of all front office employees, daily cash registers, and banking transactions
