• You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
• You have experience in psychiatry or somatics with an interest in psychiatry
• You are resilient, committed, and appreciate the challenges on a crisis intervention ward

• As a nursing contact person, you actively shape the treatment process in interprofessional collaboration
• You take on complex admission situations
• You create a varied daily structure and lead groups within the diverse offerings of the crisis intervention ward
• You independently coordinate the ward's workflow
