IT System Engineer 80 - 100% (m/f)
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a generalist with extended network and firewall experience.
Your tasks
- Installation, support, and maintenance of the network including network zoning and Network Access Control
- Support and maintenance of the server infrastructure and M365
- Monitoring hardware, software, and network availability
- Handling hardware, software as well as network and communication problems; locating, narrowing down, and resolving IT disruptions
- Participation in IT projects
- Creating and maintaining documentation and instructions
- Initiative and participation in the continuous improvement of workflows
Your profile
- Completed IT training/continuing education and several years of professional experience in the field of IT
- Good knowledge and experience in network and firewall G
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems in client and server environments, M365
- Experience in telephony is an advantage
- Quick comprehension, flexible and reliable
- Enjoyment of active internal customer contact and solution-oriented thinking
- Communicative, committed, and resilient personality with high social competence
- Very good German skills / good English skills
