The LANDI Linth Cooperative is a regionally well-established and successful trading and service company. With around 20 employees, we are active in the areas of agricultural, retail, and energy trade in the Linth region and Glarus area.
As part of a succession plan, we are looking for an agreement for a
Head of Agricultural Trade
Deputy Management
Your Tasks
- Consulting and support of agricultural customers
- Active sales of our agricultural products
- Planning and implementation of sales campaigns
- Procurement of agricultural production materials and ensuring product availability
- Scheduling and leadership of the agricultural team
- Deputizing for management, including administrative tasks
Your Profile:
- Team-oriented, customer-focused, and down-to-earth personality
- Sales flair and open, direct access to agricultural customers
- Professional experience in a comparable position or training and further education in the industry (e.g., agricultural merchant, agricultural technician)
- Good IT skills (MS Office, willingness to learn industry software)
- Willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Local and regional networking desirable
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
