The Foundation Living in Old Age, based in Hinwil, offers accommodation for 90 people in need of care and elderly individuals. In four departments, spread across two houses, as well as 29 retirement apartments partly with services, we commit ourselves daily with one goal: that the residents feel at home and secure.

who is happy to take responsibility and actively contribute.

Your area of work

• Accompanying and supporting residents in daily life activities
• You carry out the care tasks assigned to you safely and competently
• You observe situations and are able to perceive changes and inform the responsible specialist
• Assisting with household tasks

Your profile

• Completed course as SRK Care Assistant and professional experience after completing the course is desirable
• Experience in basic nursing care
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Flexible, team-oriented, responsible, good perception and observation skills
• Very good communication in German language and writing
