Driver & Driver Coordinator (100%).
Your tasks:
Driver service
- Performing pick-up and delivery services for customer vehicles
- General driving assignments for Schmohl AG (vehicle transfers, transports, special trips)
- Safe, responsible, and discreet handling of high-quality vehicles
- Adherence to appointments, quality, and safety standards
Coordination & management of external drivers
- Scheduling and coordination of external drivers for pick-up and delivery service
- Ensuring smooth processes including appointment coordination, handovers, and feedback
- Contact person for external drivers regarding operational questions
- Monitoring and tracking of assignments (completeness, quality, punctuality, billing)
Aftersales support
- Interface between workshop, service reception, and external drivers
- Support with organizational and administrative tasks in daily business
- Review of expense reports of external drivers
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training
- Several years of experience as a driver, ideally in the premium/luxury or service environment
- Organizational talent with a structured, reliable working style
- High service orientation and professional appearance
- Discretion, responsibility, and ability to work in a team
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Resilient, flexible, and solution-oriented – even with short-term changes
- Confident handling of MS Office and capacity planners
- Driver's license category B
