Head of Brand Management

TOGA FOOD SA has been an established company in the food industry since 1981. With many exclusive specialties, we supply retail and large consumers throughout Switzerland from our warehouse in Wangen an der Aare. We have many ideas and want to continue to inspire our customers with an attractive range and exciting brands. For this, we need YOU!

• In this varied role, you are responsible for the marketing and brand management of selected international brands
• The development of the organization as well as the further development of our processes are your responsibility
• In addition, you continuously develop and optimize our product portfolio and negotiate prices and conditions with our international suppliers
• You lead and promote a committed team of five employees
• You actively contribute to strategy development and corporate planning
• Attending industry fairs and seminars is also part of the job
• You recognize market and industry trends early and regularly conduct store checks for market observation

• You are committed and a team player, acting solution-oriented – with a strong customer focus, strategic foresight, and genuine enthusiasm for your tasks
• You are an open, interested personality who is passionate about the food market and brings in-depth industry knowledge
• Thanks to your strategic and conceptual skills, you passionately contribute your part to the future of TOGA FOOD – driving the company and yourself forward is your motivation
• You already have experience in organizational handling and process development
• You have furthered your education in business administration (ideally with a focus on marketing)
• Due to your very good foreign language skills in English and French, you are also very comfortable in an international environment
