To complement our team, we are looking for a committed and competent personality for the position of Clerk Spare Parts Sales and Pricing.

These are your tasks:

Telephone and personal customer consultation

Identification of spare parts based on drawings, article numbers, and system data

Quotation preparation, order entry, and complaint management

Support in calculations, pricing strategies, and projects for product data optimization

Maintenance of customer relationships

• Management of goods returns

Deputy to the Head of Parts

This is what you bring with you:

• Technical apprenticeship with commercial further training or commercial training with great technical understanding

Experience in quotation processing and handling ERP/SAP and MS Office

Service- and customer-oriented communication

Team player, reliable, and empathetic

• Good German and English skills
