Your area of responsibility
You take over the timely and quality-compliant payroll administration from A to Z for our locations in German and Western Switzerland
You record entries and changes in the Abacus system
You contribute to statistics, reports as well as quarterly and annual financial statements
Everything about pension fund, daily sickness benefits, AHV, BVG, withholding tax & co. is in your experienced hands
You are responsible for year-end tasks such as salary rounds, social insurances, compensation office, etc.
You competently advise employees and the HR team on salary and social insurance matters
You actively support the optimization of the new Abacus payroll system – especially in process optimizations and projects
Your profile
Completed commercial basic training and further education in HR/Payroll
At least 2 years of experience in personnel and payroll administration
Very good Excel skills are a matter of course for you, experience with Abacus is a great advantage
Fluent German skills, French is a great advantage
Independent and precise working style, combined with loyalty and reliability
A warm, humorous, and service-oriented personality
