Your tasks:
- Support and assistance for SME training companies (via email, phone & chat)
- Conducting consultation appointments with regular customers
- Conducting onboarding interviews with new customers
- Responsibility for customer satisfaction
- Responsibility for quality management of our company profiles and new listings
- Administrative tasks and participation in projects in the area of Customer Success Management

You bring with you:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
- Your German is flawless in writing and speaking, and you can empathize well with different stakeholder groups
- French skills are an advantage
