About the job

• Ensuring consistently high guest satisfaction through professional and personal care
• Building and establishing service processes, standards, and responsibilities before the opening
• Planning and implementing pre-opening measures such as training, test services, and soft openings
• Operational management of a service team of around 25 to 30 employees
• Scheduling, leading, and further developing the service team including temporary staff
• Active participation in operational business especially in the start-up phase
• Confident and solution-oriented handling of complaints and special guest requests
• Maintaining relevant guest information in the hotel software
• Responsible handling of personnel, materials, and costs
• Analyzing guest feedback and deriving concrete improvement measures
• Close cooperation with the kitchen and adjacent departments to ensure smooth processes

• have completed training as a restaurant specialist
• ideally have further training in restaurant management or have attended a hotel management school
• have mandatory experience in the opening of gastronomic establishments
• have experience in luxury hospitality in a comparable leadership position
• have successfully led operational teams of comparable size
• are confident in working with Microsoft Office and common POS systems
• act in a structured, independent, and responsible manner
• remain resilient, flexible, and actively pitch in daily
• present yourself as a host personality and work team-oriented
• have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
