The Volunteer Work Competence Center is looking for a personality as Project Manager Alerting Solution SRK Network 80% - two years fixed term from April 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
- Overall project management for the introduction of an alerting solution in the SRK network
- Subproject management National Deployment Team (NET)
- Conceptualization, planning, coordination of all project activities as well as chairing committees and overarching project meetings
- Recording, reviewing and prioritizing needs
- Ensuring internal and external information flow, active role as a link between technology and business
- Creation of system documentation
- Preparation and execution of demos and training sessions
- Development of concepts, ensuring data protection and ongoing reporting to clients and decision-making bodies
- Development of quality assurance and risk management concepts (Incident Management, Monitoring) in collaboration with subproject managers
- Review and further development of additional use cases for an alerting solution in the SRK
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in social sciences, economics or business informatics
- Proven professional experience in leading and consulting technical projects and in-depth knowledge of classical and agile project management
- Knowledge in quality assurance, risk management and compliance
- Strong skills in communication, consulting, coordination and conceptual work
- Experience with stakeholders and committee work
- Familiarity with complex association structures and processes is desirable
- Innovative, quick comprehension, enjoyment in shaping and further development
- Structured, solution-oriented and responsible working style
- Very good German or French skills (C2) with good knowledge of the other national language, additional languages are an advantage
