For this, we are looking for a highly motivated Lifecycle Marketing Manager with good customer understanding and analytical know-how. As an important part of our e-commerce team, you will work closely with the Product Owner, the Data Analyst, and the marketing stakeholders to activate, inspire, and retain our customers long-term with smart, data-driven campaigns.
- Planning, building, implementing, and optimizing email and push campaigns along the entire customer lifecycle (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation)
- Future development and maintenance of automated marketing processes (e.g., welcome flows, cart abandonment, re-engagement campaigns, on-mountain campaigns)
- Segmentation and personalization of target groups based on customer behavior, purchase history, and interests
- Creation and analysis of A/B tests to optimize open, click, and conversion rates
- Ensuring a consistent brand message
- Close collaboration with design, content, and marketing to ensure consistent brand communication
- Reporting & KPI tracking for continuous development of the lifecycle strategy
- Evaluation of new tools and trends in CRM, automation, and customer engagement
- Completed training or studies in communication, digital business, etc., or professional experience in campaign management
- Analytical and economic thinking
- You are motivated to drive goals and KPIs such as customer lifetime value
- Basic technical understanding of engagement campaigns via CRM tools
- High initiative – you recognize what needs to be done and tackle it before anyone has to ask
- Strong communication skills – you proactively approach people and ask the right questions
- Structured, solution-oriented, and positive working style
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
