Your area of responsibility
As a Team Leader Service, you take charge of a dedicated service team in technical field service. You actively design deployment planning, coordinate service and installation assignments, and ensure smooth project execution. You always keep customer satisfaction and performance indicators in view and initiate targeted corrective actions in case of deviations. You are also responsible in your exciting area of activity for:
- Leading and further developing the team according to Griesser's leadership principles
- Organizing and conducting leadership meetings
- Deployment planning including on-call service and resource management
- Coordinating subcontractors and partners
- Warranty processing, complaint handling, and billing of services rendered
- Creating and following up on offers
- System maintenance and project status control
- Promoting a positive team culture and professional development of employees
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

What you bring
- Commercial or technical basic training with business management further education
- Experience in service business or technical field service, ideally in the sun protection/blinds sector
- Leadership experience in an operational environment, with lived implementation of Griesser leadership principles (authentic, appreciative, development-oriented, responsible)
- Industry knowledge and negotiation skills in the construction-related trades
- Process- and cost-oriented thinking
- Hands-on mentality with high personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills, openness, and team orientation
- Ability to collaborate across departments
