About the job
The Kantonsschule Zürcher Unterland operates a long and a short gymnasium with all six matriculation profiles offered in the canton of Zurich as well as an immersive class track (German/English). With almost 1200 students and around 170 teachers and 30 staff in administration and operations, the Kantonsschule Zürcher Unterland is one of the large secondary schools in the canton of Zurich.
Your tasks
At the beginning of the 2026/27 school year, we are looking for two lecturers in English for 60 - 80% each. The workload is expected to be in the range of 12 - 18 lessons. The position is initially limited to one semester and can be extended. A permanent position after 1 - 2 years is also possible.
Your profile
You have a completed subject degree and hold a teaching diploma for matriculation schools or are in the process of obtaining one. The position is well suited for students who want to gain their first teaching experience.
