Tasks you will enjoy
- Ensuring SOX compliance by implementing regulatory requirements
- Contributing to the further development of a sustainable SOX and ICS framework through standardisation and automation of controls and processes
- Collaborating with departments to strengthen the control environment, analysing weaknesses and supporting the development of sustainable improvement measures
- Point of contact for process and control owners to assist with questions regarding the existing internal control system (ICS & SOX)
- Coordinating and tracking the Enterprise Risk Assessment according to the plan set by the parent company FEMSA, including alignment with departments and consolidation of feedback
- Close cooperation with external auditors and the internal audit at the group level of the parent company FEMSA
Requirements you bring
- Completed business administration education (FH/University), financial-specific further training such as specialist in finance and accounting desirable
- Relevant professional experience in auditing or SOX compliance as well as auditing internal controls (ICS / SOX) advantageous
- Confident understanding of complex financial contexts, analytical thinking skills as well as precise and goal-oriented working style
- Very good English and German skills
