Our life-saving systems, which we develop and manufacture in Zurich, are used for acute and long-term therapy in patients with severe heart diseases.</span><br /><br /><span>Our location in the city of Zurich has around 130 employees in the areas of development and production of the CentriMag system and the HeartMate 3 motor.</span> Currently we are looking for:<br /><br /><b><span>Production Technician</span></b><br /><br /><span>The open position is within the Manufacturing – CentriMag team. This team manufactures the CentriMag system consisting of motor, console, monitor, pump and accessories. This is done with manual assembly steps, semi-automated testing steps, and packaging of the products.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>In This Function You Will</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Work under limited supervision</p></li><li><p>Set-up, calibrate and operate machines and equipment following production schedules and quality standards</p></li><li><p>Manually assemble and test the products following manufacturing procedures and Good Documentation Practice (GDP)</p></li><li><p>Monitor production processes, troubleshoot and solve technical problems to minimize reject levels</p></li><li><p>Work with chemicals</p></li><li><p>Work in an electrostatic discharge (ESD) controlled area</p></li><li><p>Work in a cleanroom if required</p></li><li><p>Conduct cycle count and inventory counting</p></li><li><p>Contribute in daily meetings and continuous improvement and 5S initiatives</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Desired Profile</span></b></p><ul><li><p>School Diploma</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2 years’ experience</p></li><li><p>German and English language skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in shift if required</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We are looking for highly motivated person who would like to be part of our passionate team.
