Construction Cost Planner / Construction Economist (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

You professionally and with foresight shape the areas of cost, data management, project evaluation, and cost planning. In doing so, you take responsibility for the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of construction costs. You act confidently both operationally and strategically, engage actively, and consistently implement innovative solutions. You contribute to challenging architectural projects of various dimensions, complexities, and business areas – whether residential, laboratory, hospital, industrial, or urban planning. You serve as a central contact point for the project teams, work in partnership, recognize opportunities and risks early, and significantly contribute to solving problems in a solution-oriented manner. A special goal is digitalization: you drive it forward cost-consciously and realize projects digitally in the area of cost planning together with our experienced BIM staff.
What you bring:
- A completed technical construction education as a construction manager, building planning technician in structural engineering, or architect.
- Preferably with a degree in construction economics.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of construction cost planning / calculation in structural engineering, as well as experience in a comparable position.
- Knowledge of Swiss standards, key figures, and cost planning.
- Cost planning tools / methodology (Vitruv) are available for application and training if needed.
- Convincing communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems and find creative solutions.
- Resilience, reliability, and commitment in your work area.
- Independent working and entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile.
- Good French skills facilitate collaboration with our employees in Lausanne and Geneva.
