Key Account Manager 100%
Your area of responsibility
- Support and further development of the existing customer portfolio in line with the company strategy
- Acquisition of new customers and projects according to the strategic business orientation
- Independent handling and internal coordination of all customer concerns (e.g., changes, delivery dates, complaints)
- Responsibility for triggering customer orders and their seamless tracking from order to delivery
- Calculation and/or support of new products during the development phase
- Active participation in interdisciplinary project teams for customer and internal projects
- Support in the analysis and optimization of throughput times as well as the reduction of production costs
- Planning and implementation of measures – in cooperation with the relevant departments – to ensure a customer experience-oriented, strategy-compliant service
Your profile
- Completed technical or mechanical basic training
- Further education at FH or HF level as well as several years of professional experience as a Key Account Manager or in field sales
- Solid experience in project management and sheet metal processing
- Confident operation in an international working environment
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with high commitment
- Proficient handling of ERP systems, ideally proAlpha
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
