This is what you can expect
- In the goods receiving area, 15,000 pallets are received and processed monthly. Daily, 5,000 purchase lines are recorded.
- You will record the goods from the pallets and reconcile the delivery note with the goods actually delivered.
- The detailed inspection of the goods is also part of your tasks, as well as the item entry in the ERP system (Navision).
- Direct storage of small and medium-sized items in the corresponding automatic storage systems.
- Handing over the stored goods in a marketable quality.
- Assisting with the unloading of containers and the possibility of helping out in other departments.
This is what you bring
- Training as a logistician EFZ or another vocational training with experience in a similar work environment in logistics is an advantage.
- You enjoy logistics, are reliable, and like to work in a team.
- You find it easy to work with a PC and are already familiar with MS Office.
- To ensure written communication with purchasing regarding goods receiving issues, you can communicate well in German, both orally and in writing.
- Good physical condition and a clean criminal record.
- Willingness to work in weekly rotating shifts: early shift from about 06:00 to 15:30, late shift from about 15:30 to 22:00, and Saturday shifts if needed. You must be mobile for this.
