- Overall responsibility for the strategic procurement of construction services (planner, work and delivery services) within the project organization for building and civil engineering projects.
- Leading, further developing and implementing the procurement strategy for construction services taking into account project-specific requirements, regulatory requirements as well as the SIA and KBOB guidelines.
- Control and responsibility for all award processes including preparation, execution and conduct of award discussions as well as contract negotiations and contract drafting for architectural and general planning services
- Technical leadership, guidance and empowerment of the connected planners and internal project participants in the procurement and tendering process for work and delivery services.
- Establishment, implementation and maintenance of a supplier and partner evaluation system to ensure quality, performance and sustainability
- Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of market, cost and supplier developments as well as relevant industry trends for the strategic management of procurement.
- Identification, assessment and management of procurement risks including derivation and implementation of appropriate measures to minimize risks
- Further development of contract standards and templates for work and delivery services as well as continuous optimization of procurement and award processes in the real estate sector
- Several years of proven professional experience in the construction or real estate environment with additional qualifications in strategic procurement, contract law or project management
- Extensive experience in strategic or project-related procurement, especially of construction services, architectural and general planning services
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss procurement and award landscape, especially the SIA and KBOB standards
- Proven experience in conducting complex award procedures, contract negotiations and contract and change order management.
- Leadership and management skills combined with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking, structured working method as well as high problem-solving and decision-making competence
- Very good user knowledge of common IT and procurement tools
- Fluent German skills, French is an advantage
