Your Tasks

• Responsible for setting up and converting packaging machines in the pharmaceutical (GMP), medical device, and technical sectors
• Assembling and setting up conveyor belts, labeling, packaging, and serialization machines
• Assisting in processing the work orders
• Troubleshooting, preventing downtime and stoppages of production equipment
• Co-responsible for continuous improvement process (CIP) on the assigned lines
• Performing maintenance and repair work on production equipment
• Documenting and creating product-specific setup and changeover instructions

Our Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, polymechanic, or comparable training)
• Several years of experience as a line mechanic with packaging machines (packaging, labeling, and coding) in the bottle/can sector, preferably in pharmaceutical/cosmetic (GMP) or food environment
• Technical understanding/affinity and systemic thinking
• Willingness to work shifts (2-/3-shift and Saturday work)
• Good IT skills (machine operation, ERP systems)
• Experience with serialization is an advantage
