In the nursing sector, we are looking for a committed person for this exciting position.

What are your tasks?

• You take over the holistic care and support of our residents in the early and late shifts and actively shape the care process
• With your professional expertise and empathetic attitude, you create an atmosphere in which our residents feel safe and valued
• You accompany our students individually and appreciatively through their training, promote their independence, and support them in developing their potential

What do we expect from you?

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Additional qualification in adult education (SVEB 1) or willingness to acquire this qualification
• High social competence, strong communication skills, and joy in working with young people
• Organizational skills and the ability to work in a structured and responsible manner
• Willingness to participate in direct care (early and late shifts)
