About the job

Electrical Engineering - more than half a century of experience. We plan electrical, operational, and safety systems and automate buildings. In addition, we take on overall planning, client support, and site management. The Boess Group employs around 125 people. Proximity to our customers is important to us, which is why we are represented throughout Switzerland with 12 locations.

Your tasks at Boess Rüegg
<ul><li>Responsibility for concept creation, project planning, design, and specialist site management in the field of electrical planning</li><li>Maintenance and expansion of our existing customer base thanks to your outgoing nature</li><li>Creation, coordination, and control of project documents across all project phases</li><li>Management of projects in terms of quality, deadlines, and finances while complying with applicable regulations and processes</li><li>Active participation in a dynamic team and contribution of your own ideas</li><li>Co-responsibility for market acquisition and support of business development</li></ul>

What you bring with you
<ul><li>Further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety with a federal certificate of competence as well as initial experience in electrical planning</li><li>(If interested, we are happy to support you in further training to become a certified electrical engineer HF or a federally certified electrical installation and safety expert)</li><li>Enjoyment of daily contact with customers and colleagues as well as strong teamwork skills</li><li>Independent, responsible working style and overview even in demanding situations</li><li>Strong communication skills, confident appearance, and positive charisma</li><li>Good German language skills, both spoken and written</li></ul>
