<p><b>Electrical Engineering - more than half a century of experience.</b> We plan electrical, operational, and safety systems and automate buildings. In addition, we take on overall planning, client support, and site management. The Boess Group employs around 125 people. Your tasks at Boess Rüegg
<ul><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">Responsibility for concept creation, project planning, design, and specialist site management in the field of electrical planning</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">Maintenance and expansion of our existing customer base thanks to your outgoing nature</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">Creation, coordination, and control of project documents across all project phases</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">Management of projects in terms of quality, deadlines, and finances while complying with applicable regulations and processes</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">Active participation in a dynamic team and contribution of your own ideas</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">Co-responsibility for market acquisition and support of business development</span></li></ul>
What you bring with you
<ul><li>Further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety with a federal certificate of competence as well as initial experience in electrical planning</li><li>(If interested, we are happy to support you in further training to become a certified electrical engineer HF or a federally certified electrical installation and safety expert)</li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">Enjoyment of daily contact with customers and colleagues as well as strong teamwork skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">Independent, responsible working style and overview even in demanding situations</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">Strong communication skills, confident appearance, and positive charisma</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">Good German language skills, both spoken and written</span></li></ul>
