Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Guest Relations service by ensuring effective team management.
Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, especially VIP guests.
Ensure personalized follow-up with guests before, during, and after their departure to guarantee a unique experience.
Manage special requests (restaurants, spa, special occasions…) in coordination with various departments.
Enter and update guest information in hotel software (preferences, allergies, events...).
Perform quality checks of rooms according to standards and guest preferences.
Respond to guest comments via various communication channels (emails, review platforms, etc.).
Be the ambassador of the Beau-Rivage Palace image and ensure impeccable customer service.
Profile sought
Hotel training (CFC, Hotel School, BTS in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent).
Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar position in luxury 5* or Palace hotels.
Perfect command of French and English; a third language is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of hospitality and customer service.
Good stress management, diplomatic attitude, and ability to handle unforeseen events calmly.
Impeccable presentation, professional attitude, and natural empathy.
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus.
Natural leadership, team spirit, rigor, and organizational skills.
