Your tasks
- You are mainly active during school weeks, each Tuesday afternoon, and actively accompany and support two students in their practical training.
- You take on the deputy role for the person responsible for the training of social pedagogues.
- You participate in training planning as well as in site meetings and qualification procedures.
- You promote the professional and personal development of the students in a targeted and individual manner.
Your profile
- You have completed training in social pedagogy or social work (FH/HF or a comparable qualification).
- You bring experience and joy in accompanying students.
- You convince with an empathetic, appreciative, and team-oriented personality and actively engage in training work.
- You work independently and reliably and communicate openly, clearly, and transparently.
