In this versatile role, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of our Production Engineering team at the headquarters and contribute significantly to the continuous development of our manufacturing and assembly processes.

Team Leader Production Engineering
The following core tasks are part of your responsibilities:
- Leading, developing, and promoting a team of Production Engineers
- Ensuring the required training and competence level within the team
- Analysing and optimising existing processes and products regarding quality, costs, and delivery reliability
- Procuring and introducing internal and external operating resources in the role of operating resource client
- Industrialising new products from the concept phase to series maturity
- Taking on partial project management in development and industrialisation projects
- Planning and carrying out preparatory work activities
- Leading and implementing internal improvement and investment projects
This job is just right for you if you...
- have completed a technical basic education with further training at HF/FH level and ideally an NDS in Business Administration
- convince with an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- bring sound knowledge in Lean Management and have already gained initial leadership experience
- have solid experience in project management as well as in the procurement of production equipment and operating resources
- possess several years of practical experience in a comparable role within an industrial environment
- as a communicative and assertive personality, successfully bring together different stakeholders
- have very good German skills at negotiation and correspondence level (C1-C2)
- can also communicate confidently in English (B1-B2)
