About the job
Our main business, located in the heart of Appenzell, is a quality-conscious and innovative producer of various products. Share your fascination for meat at the open sale with customers and preparations and executions for exclusive caterings. Support and competently advise customers on the right selection and preparation from our extensive specialties & meat assortment.
Activities:
- Active participation in the meat department
- Daily production of top store products (which we supply to companies throughout Switzerland daily)
- Management, merchandise disposition, and presentation
- Ensuring sales readiness
- Customer service & advice
- Quality and data control
- A deputy sales management position would also be possible
Our requirements:
- Completed basic or advanced training in sales (butcher*in is an advantage) or cook who wants to further educate themselves in the meat sector
- German (very good knowledge)
- Independent, efficient, and precise working style
- Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor
